Eligibility Criteria

Education Qualification
Junior Clerk–Copyist and Grade-III Stenographer:

• Candidates should have passed at least +3 examination or other qualification equivalent to +3 examination from any recognized university.
• Candidates should be able to speak, read and write Odia and pass an examination in Odia equivalent to at least ME standard.
• Must be of good character,
• If married, there should not be multiple spouses.
• At least one Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 80 words in shorthand and typing speed 40 words per minute.

Salaried Amin:

• The candidate should have passed matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized board and should have passed Revenue Inspector training.
• The candidate should be able to speak, read and write Odia and should have passed the examination in Odia equivalent to at least ME standard.
• If married, there should not be more than one spouse.
• Must have computer operating knowledge.
