- After this registration, candidates are required to download the prescribed format of the application form from the link given below. Fill the application form very carefully and correctly.
- The scanned copy of the duly filled application form and scanned copy of all required and relevant supporting documents should be sent to the email-id given below.
- E-mail ID for submission of application –
