e-Shram Card Portal:हाल ही में मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने मार्च 2022 तक प्रदेश के ई-श्रम कार्ड से रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने वाले श्रमिकों को 500 रुपये प्रतिमाह देने की घोषणा की है। यूपी के 3 करोड़ मजदूरों को हर महीने 500 रुपये की राशि राज्य सरकार देगी। अगर उत्तर प्रदेश के किसी भी श्रमिक ने अब तक ई-श्रम कार्ड के लिए पंजीकरण नहीं कराया है, तो वे जल्द ही इसके लिए पंजीकरण कराएं। तभी वे सरकार द्वारा दिए जा रहे धन का लाभ उठा सकते हैं। आइए आपको बताते हैं पूरी प्रक्रिया-

e-Shram Card कामगारों को मिलेगा लाभ
आपको बता दें कि केंद्र सरकार की ओर से ई-श्रम कार्ड अगस्त 2021 में पेश किया गया है। इसका मकसद देश के असंगठित क्षेत्र के कामगारों के आंकड़े जुटाना है ताकि उन्हें सरकार द्वारा दी जा रही विभिन्न सुविधाओं का लाभ दिया जा सके। इस कार्ड के जरिए न सिर्फ मजदूरों को बेहतर सुविधाएं दी जाती हैं, बल्कि ई-श्रम कार्ड के जरिए वे 2 लाख रुपये तक का बीमा कराने के भी हकदार हैं। अगस्त में शुरू की गई इस योजना में अब तक 14 करोड़ श्रमिकों का पंजीकरण किया गया है, जिनमें से उत्तर प्रदेश से 2 करोड़ से अधिक लोगों ने इस कार्ड के लिए आवेदन किया है।
केंद्र ने इस योजना में देश के 38 करोड़ श्रमिकों को जोड़ने का लक्ष्य रखा है ताकि उन्हें सरकार द्वारा सभी सुविधाएं प्रदान की जा सकें।

उत्तर प्रदेश के अधिक से अधिक श्रमिकों को ई-श्रम कार्ड में पंजीकृत कराने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने उन्हें मार्च तक 500 रुपये प्रति माह देने की घोषणा की है। इसके बाद प्रदेश से ई-श्रम कार्ड के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने वालों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की गई है।
महज चार दिन में ही प्रदेश में ई-श्रम कार्ड के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने वाले मजदूरों की संख्या 25691084 से बढ़कर 2,76,23,140 हो गई है. आपको बता दें कि राज्य का कोई भी कार्यकर्ता जिसकी उम्र 16 साल से 60 साल तक है, वह ई–श्रम कार्ड के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन करा सकता है. इसके लिए वह असंगठित क्षेत्र से होना चाहिए और वह करदाता नहीं होना चाहिए। सरकार की ओर से स्पष्ट किया गया है कि ईपीएफओ और ईएसआईसी का लाभ लेने वाले श्रमिक ई-श्रम कार्ड के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकते हैं।
ऐसे करें e–Shram Card आवेदन
ई-श्रम कार्ड बनाने के लिए श्रमिकों को अपने आधार कार्ड और मोबाइल नंबर के साथ नजदीकी कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर जाना होगा जहां वे बायोमेट्रिक प्रमाणीकरण के माध्यम से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। यहां यह ध्यान रखना जरूरी है कि आप उसी मोबाइल नंबर से रजिस्ट्रेशन करें जो आपके आधार कार्ड से लिंक है, इसके अलावा आपके पास बैंक अकाउंट भी होना जरूरी है।
e-Shram Card: डीबीटी के माध्यम से दिया जायेगा लाभ
उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा ई-श्रम कार्ड में पंजीकृत श्रमिकों को इस योजना के तहत सीधे उनके बैंक खाते के माध्यम से धन हस्तांतरित किया जाएगा, इसलिए इस योजना में भाग लेने के लिए श्रमिकों के पास एक बैंक खाता होना आवश्यक है। ई-श्रम कार्ड के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने में पुरुषों की संख्या से ज्यादा है राज्य में महिलाओं की संख्या. आधिकारिक आंकड़ों के अनुसार, राज्य में केवल 48.83 प्रतिशत पुरुषों ने ई-श्रम कार्ड के लिए पंजीकरण कराया है, जबकि राज्य में 51.17 प्रतिशत महिलाओं ने ई-श्रम कार्ड के लिए आवेदन किया है।
